Information we process
Registration and sign-in require a phone number, username and encrypted account credentials. A nickname, avatar and profile you choose may be shown with your account. We store content and action states you submit when using collections, wishlists, builds, submissions and comments.
Sign-in and security checks
Web registration uses an SMS code to verify the phone number. Registration in the WeChat mini program also uses a temporary WeChat login code to verify that the request comes from that mini program. We do not ask for your WeChat password.
Images and device information
Images are uploaded only when you choose an avatar, submission cover or ledger attachment. To protect accounts and the platform, the server may record necessary timestamps, IP addresses, device or client information and operation logs.
Use and sharing boundaries
Information supports the encyclopedia, news, cabinet, submission and account services, security audits and troubleshooting. Necessary providers may include WeChat, SMS providers and cloud storage. We do not sell personal information for advertising unrelated to this service.
You control visibility
Your avatar and nickname may be public. Build visibility follows the options and access controls actually supported by the service; until friend relationships are available, the friends option is treated as private. Phone numbers, ledger amounts and private collections are not shown on public profiles.
Access, correction and account closure
You can update public profile information under Account and manage submissions, collections and builds in their respective features. To request help with other data or submit an account-closure request, contact admin@dolls.wiki.
